Over the years, my work has been recognised both nationally and internationally. In 2017, I became the first Australian to receive an award from IHRSA (HFA), the global association for health and fitness clubs. That same year, my business was named in the top three of the Smart Company Australian awards. In 2019 and 2020, I was recognised in the United States as a top three fitness business influencer. I am now a board director for AUSactive Australia’s governing association and first female chair for the independent business operators advisory group.<\/p>\n
I have also had the opportunity to contribute to national discussions through appearances on Sky News, The Today Show, and Sunrise \u2014 reinforcing the importance of women having strong, visible voices in business.<\/p>\n
However, success is not measured by awards or media exposure. True success is measured by impact.<\/p>\n
Women bring extraordinary strengths to leadership \u2014 empathy, creativity, intuition, and resilience. Yet too often, women still downplay their achievements or hesitate to step into authority. We question ourselves in rooms we have earned the right to be in.<\/p>\n
The business landscape does not need more women shrinking.<\/p>\n
It needs more women leading with confidence and clarity.<\/p>\n
That is why I have dedicated much of my work to supporting women in business. Through speaking engagements, consulting, events, and leadership platforms, I work with business owners and emerging leaders to help them identify their niche, strengthen their operations, and build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses.<\/p>\n
Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about taking responsibility for your vision and being willing to act. Success is not about the likes and shares.<\/p>\n
If there is one message I hope resonates, it is this: you do not need permission to lead. When women rise, industries evolve. And when women lead, they create space for others to rise alongside them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
