Buninyong couldn\u2019t keep up the pace with Beaufort running away victors \u2013 the last time Beaufort had won a premiership was in 1996. After the game coach Rohan Brown said he couldn\u2019t be prouder of his side.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe just focused on intensity around the contest,\u201d he said of the win.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur tackle count was over 100, that\u2019s where we thought we could get it through there and we did around the contest and the game opened up, which is what we needed, as well. It was just an even contribution across the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n
Beaufort had recruited well and it showed on Saturday.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt all comes back to guys like Phil Crouch and Dale Power \u2013 former coaches – Nick Franc, and these guys, I think 16 guys from last year played and we had recruited a few players in so it\u2019s been great,\u201d Brown said.<\/p>\n
Brown has resigned for another year, as well 75- 80% of players, which is a great thing for the club.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have a nice strong team and that\u2019s the sort of culture we have built around the club,\u201d Brown said.<\/p>\n
