The Ballarat team picked up the title of Professional Builder of the Year \u2013 National and also Professional Builder of the Year \u2013 VIC\/SA\/TAS \u2013 the highest accolade for the award program.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After scooping up the Professional Builder of the Year \u2013 VIC\/SA\/TAS in 2017, the team then set their sights on the major prize and worked diligently over the 2017\/18 financial year to achieve their goal.<\/p>\n<p>The prestigious awards recognise the builder who has demonstrated excellence within their business based on their customer experience rating, turnover and market share growth and profitability.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining the national franchise in 2012, Hotondo Homes Ballarat have gone from strength to strength to grow the business tenfold and prove they are the builders home buyers can trust.<\/p>\n<p>Local Hotondo Homes directors, Adrian Willingham, Amira Willingham and Brenton and Lisa Simpson were completely blindsided by the win, but were thrilled with the outcome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was extremely emotional and also a bit surreal at the same time to be the recipient of this award. It came as a huge surprise as there are so many franchisees that also deserved the win this year with all their achievements,\u201d Adrian said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe strive to represent the Hotondo Homes brand the best we can and to be acknowledged for our efforts and recognised for our hard work and achievements is by far one of the highlights of our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The team were extremely humble about their win and credit their success to the great working relationships they have with their suppliers and tradespeople. We\u2019re only as good as the people we have the honour of working with, without our suppliers, tradespeople and staff this wouldn\u2019t have been possible,\u201d Brenton said.<\/p>\n<p>This award win solidifies Hotondo Homes Ballarat\u2019s position as the builders to watch and the team have already set their sights on a new goal for the upcoming year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re currently in the process of building our new sales and selection centre. This has been in planning for the last two years and to see it come to fruition is extremely exciting.
