THE story of Balla and Pete Rat is set to engage and delight families this Christmas following the installation of Visit Ballarat\u2019s festive arts trail.<\/p>\n

Spaced out across Ballarat\u2019s CBD, 10 bright and colourful illustrations tell the tale of two curious little rats, desperate to find the perfect star to top their tree.<\/p>\n

Local artists and designers, Travis Price, Caroline Keys and Ben Sanders have collaborated to produce the drawings and installations.<\/p>\n

Each of their mind-bending illustrations is accompanied by a page of written story, \u2018The Christmas Tale of Balla-Rat\u2019s Star\u2019 and points the viewer in the direction of the next scene.<\/p>\n
