A clearance rate of 52 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 63 per cent last week and 73 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 236 auctions reported to the REIV, with 123 selling and 113 being passed in, 54 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
