AS predicted, another Ray White Ballarat agent has reached Premier status within the company\u2019s benchmarking process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This time Tracey Holmes, the city\u2019s only female specialist commercial real estate agent, has achieved the milestone for the second time in her career.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just really nice to be acknowledged in Ray White,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s means a lot to me just based on the number of transactions that I\u2019ve been able to deliver on in this financial year.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving return clients coming back to me time and time again, and getting great feedback on our net promoter scores, I\u2019m running at 100 per cent, that\u2019s the benchmark for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ms Holmes works in both the sales and rental side of commercial real estate.<\/p>\n

Before she became an agent she was a small business owner and says that gives her insight into all sides of the industry.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the kind of vision that\u2019s led to Ms Holmes involvement in the Ballarat Evolve project, part of which has seen her help place artists in unoccupied retail spaces in the Block Arcade.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that sometimes artists are undervalued and I felt that that there\u2019s a need in Ballarat to reinvigorate our central business district with service based offerings,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt helps my landlords fill their space with shops that attract people, but then it also helps aspiring business people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Holmes said her success at Ray White Ballarat wasn\u2019t just down to her \u2013 colleagues and the company make it easy.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing is how much I love the brand, and I love Ray White, and the people in this office,\u201d she said. \u201cI love the admin staff, the marketing staff and everyone that gets around us that makes me look good.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
