A clearance rate of 57 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 57 per cent last week and 66 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 652 auctions reported to the REIV, with 373 selling and 279 being passed in, 138 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Reservoir had the greatest number of listings with 56 homes going to auction during March 2019.<\/p>\n
