A clearance rate of 63 per cent was recorded over weekend compared to 56 per cent last week and 66 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 458 auctions reported to the REIV, with 288 selling and 170 being passed in, 66 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
