A clearance rate of 64 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 65 per cent the previous week and 63 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 700 auctions reported to the REIV, with 450 selling and 250 being passed in, 132 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
