A clearance rate of 69 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 60 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 521 auctions reported to the REIV, with 358 selling and 163 being passed in, 78 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Autumn\u2019s top three clearance rate suburbs were all in the inner ring – South Yarra with a clearance rate of 76.7 per cent,\u00a0 Fitzroy with a 74.2 per cent clearance rate and Toorak which recorded 73 per cent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
