A clearance rate of 73 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 70 per cent the week before and 62 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 404 auctions reported to the REIV, with 296 selling and 108 being passed in, 38 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
