A clearance rate of 76 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 62 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 250 auctions reported to the REIV, with 189 selling and 61 being passed in, 28 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

The Basin was the top performing suburb in the 2018-2019 financial year, notching up a 100 per cent clearance rate from 13 auctions.<\/p>\n
