A clearance rate of 70 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 75 per cent last week and 63 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 276 auctions reported to the REIV, with 194 selling and 82 being passed in, 34 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

June 2019 recorded a 67.3 per cent clearance rate, the highest since February 2018, from 2382 listings, led by Glen Waverley and Reservoir with 38 auctions held in each.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
