First home buyers looking to enter property market are invited to an information evening at PRDnationwide Ballarat.<\/strong><\/p>\n

STAFF will be joined by other industry experts for the event at PRD Ballarat\u2019s Lydiard Street office, where they\u2019ll broadly discuss real estate.<\/p>\n

The PRD team will be be joined by Simon Clark from NAB who\u2019ll detail finance requirements, and a conveyancer to explain basic legal aspects and respond to queries of people entering the real estate landscape.<\/p>\n

In the current climate, first home buyers are experiencing challenges.<\/p>\n

Often it\u2019s perceived that they need to sacrifice the lifestyle they enjoy to secure appropriate finances, affordable homes aren\u2019t always in areas close to their workplaces or families, their knowledge of the complex, altering market is limited, and the formal processes of property sales are typically very foreign territory.<\/p>\n

In light of these current issues and beyond, PRD Sales Manager, Jason Birch said education is one of his firm\u2019s major philosophies.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe main aim is to educate the buyers, because we find for a lot of people out in the marketplace, it can be a bit daunting, difficult and frustrating,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we can provide a pathway forward with education, I hope that will make their experience much easier.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are more likely to engage if they know what the processes are.\u201d<\/p>\n
