A clearance rate of 73 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 72 per cent last week and 62 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 392 auctions reported to the REIV, with 286 selling and 106 being passed in, 48 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
