Phoenix team leader Hayley Ruddick said her group was assessing the current state of the waste collection area at the hotel.<\/p>\n
Two teammates interviewed the head chef and kitchen hands to see how rubbish is currently distributed.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are researching how other businesses have dealt with this problem,\u201d Hayley said. \u201cWe photographed the rubbish areas to help us focus on the scope.\u201d<\/p>\n
Waste collection and sorting for recycling is a big problem for everyone, teammate Tyler Lenehan said.<\/p>\n
\u201cNot just here at the hotel but also at other businesses and homes as well,\u201d he said. \u201cIt needs to be changed, otherwise the world is going to be filled with rubbish.\u201d<\/p>\n
