CENTRAL Highlands Water\u2019s performance will be critiqued this month when a sample of their consumers are surveyed via telephone.<\/p>\n
CHW\u2019s Managing Director, Paul O\u2019Donohue is encouraging his customers to complete the call, telling the service provider what\u2019s important to them regarding their water supply and sewage management.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe survey plays a role in helping us measure how well we are performing with our services and how best to incorporate the voice of our customer in planning for the future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Conducted by Insync and TKW Research, the survey will reach 400 random residents in the region and take approximately ten minutes to complete.<\/p>\n
Customer satisfaction is assessed annually in this way. Multiple water corporations across Victoria have joined forces this year to survey their regions.<\/p>\n
