Harcourt Ballarat property manager named among best in the State<\/strong><\/p>\n

THE Harcourts property management team have done it again with Giovanni Piazza named as one of the firm\u2019s best statewide for July.<\/p>\n

Getting to that point was something Mr Piazza has aspired to, but he exceeded his own expectations.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the start of the year I had noted in my business plan to rank in the top 20 and getting to 14 is the highlight of my career so far,\u201d he said. \u201cAchieving this goal is a great feeling.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHarcourts Ballarat is a great agency to work for and if you asked me four years ago when I was entering the industry, I would have never imagined I would be where I am now and achieving the results that I am.<\/p>\n

\u201cI pride myself on working with my clients to reach their investment goals and targets. Being ranked 14th places me in the top 5% of property managers in Victoria within Harcourts. If I am doing well, it means my clients are also profiting from my hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Piazza joins fellow property manager, Dayna Curmi, who cracked the top-20 in May.<\/p>\n

Harcourts Ballarat Director, Peter Ludbrook, praised Mr Piazza, his achievement and his future with the agency.<\/p>\n

\u201cGio is a very driven young man,\u201d Mr Ludbrook said. \u201cHe constantly goes above and beyond for his clients, often without them even being aware of his effort.<\/p>\n
