Scott Harrison\u2019s performance at the Art Gallery of Ballarat as part of the Victorian Seniors Festival will delight the audience no matter what age they are.<\/p>\n
The Ballarat Theatre Organ Society is bringing Harrison, an internationally renowned theatre organist, to the city for a special recital.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are so thrilled Scott is bringing his expertise this time to the Gallery, as the Compton Theatre Organ is unavailable due to the renovations at Her Majesty\u2019s,\u201d Janet McCulloch, Vice President of the Society, said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Gallery has generously supported the Organ Society with the use of the Oddie Gallery.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are hoping for a full house on the day.\u201d<\/p>\n
Harrison will transport his own organ from Gippsland to play popular music of many genres.<\/p>\n
As his first love was the piano, he will also a perform a few pieces on the Gallery\u2019s grand piano during the concert.<\/p>\n
