SC team member, Natalie hopes the less active will be encouraged to try something new.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can simply arrive on the day at 7pm to have a go at the hour-long bodyweight program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s fun, inclusive and easy to do,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is a way to incorporate beginners and those who have been exercising previously, to get them started again for the new year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a no cost activity and we\u2019re hoping to target participants from the Sons of the West to get back into it. Sean was one of the personal trainers involved in the program, so he\u2019ll be doing a similar class.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Natalie said her team wants to encourage the north of the shire to take the first steps to improve their overall wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re reducing the barrier of having to travel and pay for exercises if they previously couldn\u2019t afford to do it or don\u2019t put themselves first,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf they have friends that they want to bring along, they can do it together. It\u2019s an opportunity to see if they enjoy it, and if they do, we can link them in with something similar that\u2019s happening around, and work to try and continue it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The bootcamp program is free.
