I wasn\u2019t at all expecting the main prize,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Roberts received the award from Catherine Andrews, the Premier\u2019s wife.<\/p>\n<p>Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/prov.vic.gov.au\"><strong>prov.vic.gov.au<\/strong><\/a>.
