The dedicated BHS website opens with a video from Mr Fraser who says dialogue about mental health is \u201cvital\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cEverybody should have a conversation with their GP, a friend, their family members or a loved one to have both important conversations about your physical health but also your mental health,\u201d Mr Fraser said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI urge all men to prioritise our health and be proactive in seeking healthcare.\u00a0If you don\u2019t have a regular GP, I would encourage you to try to find one.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new website hosts a range of videos created by health professionals, from general practitioners to physiologists, to inform men about general wellbeing.<\/p>\n
These resources discuss topics including connecting with your GP, quitting smoking, the importance of exercise, mental health and eating well as a part of an overall approach to health.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have definitely seen big changes to our work and home life in 2020, however the pandemic should not be an excuse to ignore our health or any concerns or symptoms we might have,\u201d said Mr Fraser.<\/p>\n
