The school stems from Sacred Heart College, established in 1881, St Paul\u2019s Technical College, dating back to 1948, and St Martin\u2019s in the Pines, which opened in 1967.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn order to address the updated travel and safety restrictions for COVID-19, as a College we have decided to postpone the 140 Year Anniversary Gala scheduled for Saturday 23rd October,\u201d a spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know that attendees planned and hoped to join this celebration from different locations around Australia, so we have made the tough decision to postpone, to minimise risk and to exercise the necessary caution, in order to maintain the care, safety and well-being of our wider community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs soon as the new date has been set for term one 2022, you will receive plenty of advance notice.
