Guests can order from a menu of light lunch options, platters, and homemade cakes that all hero local produce and match their beverage list.<\/p>\n

Wake up to breathtaking views of the Grampians National Park at Pomonal Estate\u2019s newly built Mt Cassel Villa which accommodates up to eight people or take advantage of their newly launched pick up and drop off service, Hitch A-Ride, where for only $15 a person, $20 per couple or $25 for a family, they will do the driving for you.<\/p>\n

Pomonal is also home to Barney\u2019s Bistro and Bar, one of the region\u2019s more unique dining experiences.<\/p>\n

Housed in an old, renovated shearing shed, diners can soak up the venue\u2019s rustic charm while enjoying a drink at the bar or playing a round of pool.<\/p>\n

Just a stone\u2019s throw away from the store is the farm gate of Red Rock Olives, producers of award-winning extra virgin olive oil, table olives, flavoured salts and more.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve finished up at Red Rock Olives, pop over the road to Five Ducks Farm and discover their extensive selection of organically grown, handmade preserves from the fruit grown on their small farm, including passionfruit curd, yellow box honey, jumble berry jam and apricot conserve.<\/p>\n

Their farm gate shop is open from Friday to Sunday for sales and tastings of their full range, plus head home with a delicious homemade ice cream \u2013 you can\u2019t go past the peanut butter. Their products can also be purchased online at fiveducksfarm.com.au<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Those looking to make a splash should head to Lake Fyans, a great destination for swimming, water skiing, boating and fishing, with good stocks of brown trout, rainbow trout and redfin.<\/p>\n

There are also two beaches to choose from, the first at the rear of the Lake Fyans Holiday Park which can be accessed as a day visitor for just a few dollars and the other, Kelley\u2019s Beach, at the south-western side of the lake which is the best for swimming.<\/p>\n

If you wish to stretch your legs, a 9.6km walking track around the lake is a great way to explore the plant life and bird trails.<\/p>\n

Pomonal Cottages offers another place to rest your head in the area.<\/p>\n
