The first video reached an unfathomable three million views, and some have reached as much as 10 million,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of people were recognising the pottery pieces I was pouring, firing, and revealing each week, and were feeling nostalgic, saying they used to paint them, or their family and friends did.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople commented asking if I could release them as a paint-your-own DIY pottery kit, so I listened, and am delivering on what people want me to provide.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_78869\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-78869\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-78869\" src=\"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/goldenplains\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2021\/10\/IMG_3844-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-78869\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pottery pieces which are popular amongst Sherritt\u2019s online audience have been selected for the kits.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Developing Mouldy Bisquits over the last eight months, and taking the small business name from her bisque pottery practice, Sherritt began selling her craft boxes at 6pm on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Sherritt\u2019s kits include a piece of pottery &#8211; one of the most popular <em>Mystery Moulds<\/em> &#8211; paints, brushes, a palette, gloss sealant, tips and tricks. Ten to 15 of her followers\u2019 favourite pieces are available in the initial line.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce I see what pieces sell really well, that will decide what I then expand to. There are so many moulds I have not yet uncovered that might be really good for these kits in the future,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not the direction I thought I would be going with my art at this time, reviving a lot of vintage pieces, but they\u2019ve been so popular, so why wouldn\u2019t I do this?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sherritt will open her own purpose-built studio in the near future where she plans to lead social ceramic workshops.
