to Gordon.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, the Burra presents a similar challenge with bad goal kicking making their 100-point annihilation of Beaufort look more respectful on the scoreboard, if you can believe it or not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Hepburn by 18 points.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learmonth v Dunnstown<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Match of the round with the inform Lakies hosting the Towners in a game set to shape the competition\u2019s top four.<\/p>\n<p>Learmonth have marched up to sixth on the ladder with their 32-point victory last weekend over Daylesford and all date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Learmonth in an upset.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waubra v Daylesford<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ninth on the ladder still and back-to-back disappointing performances for the Roos sees Daylesford as a real danger game at the Waubra Recreation Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Struggling to score this season, the Roos inferior percentage could be what cost them come the end of the home and away season with the club desperate to get Hayden Hughes back who has missed the last few.<\/p>\n<p>The Doggies best and worst football is too and far in-between, with consistency no doubt the focus for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Waubra in a tight one.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newlyn v Ballan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the lookout for a new coach for next season, it is an opportunity for the Cats to endorse a young list that keeps lacking the consistency required to be a top side.<\/p>\n<p>On paper Newlyn should get the job done, especially if super boot Marcus Darmody gets the required service inside forward 50, with no doubt a more youthful 22 expected for the Cats for the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Newlyn by 24 points.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buninyong v Creswick<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Back inside the top eight, the Bombers host the Wickers who are also in terrific form coming off shock back-to-back wins.<\/p>\n<p>Is it a bridge to far to say three in a row?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Buninyong in a game closer than many expect.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gordon v Carngham-Linton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sorry Saints fans but records may tumble this weekend with the powerhouse of the league in Gordon ready to have another monster win.<\/p>\n<p>Adam Toohey kicked seven last week\u2026 he will be fed the footy again and double digits could be on the horizon for the club co-captain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Gordon in a landslide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clunes v Beaufort<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both sides well and truly out of form despite starting the season in fine fashion it is anyone\u2019s ball game this weekend between the Maggies and Crows.<\/p>\n<p>Home field could be the deciding factor with both these sides winless in two months, it won\u2019t be a pretty game but the four points to the victor will be extra sweet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prediction: Clunes in a flip of the coin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skipton v Springbank<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s dark horse in the Emus host a Tigers outfit who got back on the winners list last weekend in a big way, smashing Clunes by excess of 100 points.<\/p>\n<p>This one has all the makings of an attacking masterclass, so let\u2019s hope the weather holds off so all the pundits get to see what could be one of the games of the season.<\/p>\n<p>Mitch Gilbert has been back for the last couple weeks for Skipton with last year\u2019s best and fairest winner good for the run under his legs, watch him gee himself up for a special
