cutting.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s dramatically extended the amount of car spaces and the plaza\u2019s been modernised with some touches of connection to the district with photography of the area on the walls,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn stage one we\u2019ve got Woolworths, BWS, the chemist and post office coming across from the existing plaza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also have Kaisercraft, Baker\u2019s Delight, Ferguson Plarre and a tobacconist opening as new tenancies.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_86481\" Edwards were on hand for the store&#8217;s opening.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The doors opened on Saturday morning with a sausage sizzle hosted by Bannockburn CFA, and a ribbon cutting ceremony at Woolworths, where an additional 30 employees are estimated to have been hired.<\/p>\n<p>Stage one works on the redeveloped Bannockburn Central Shopping Centre began mid-last year with stage two set to shops which set to double once the second phase of the redevelopment is complete.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson said the aim of the redeveloped plaza is to deliver an enhanced shopping experience for the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019ll mean more shops, more carparks, and a partial demolition of about two-thirds of the existing plaza,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_86483\" with Steve McPail, Captain Shannon Robinson, and Glenn Morrison involved.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cBannockburn Central raises the retail standard on offer to Bannockburn and the district and provides for a greater mix of retail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs an estimate, I would say there\u2019s around 50 to 60 new jobs as part of stage one.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis expansion will bring better shopping,
