Bosnar said she encourages people of all ages to head down to the centre and have a browse, as there will be something for everybody, including artist demonstrations.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere will be people painting, and you\u2019ll be able to see some acrylic art being created with a palette knife. I\u2019ll be doing some watercolour painting,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cA few others do big pieces, like Lyn Steele, who paints very animated, cheeky animals, like magpies and emus.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Golden Plains Arts Trail, which many Arts Emergence participants will be part of, is set to take place in early May, with funding received.<\/p>\n
Bosnar said events like next week\u2019s will be part of artists\u2019 preparations for the big open studio weekend.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re really looking forward to Arts Emergence this time. It will be a great introduction to exhibiting for quite a few newer artists before the Arts Trail,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
