Phoebe always had a creative streak, and while hairdressing for 12 years thought she wanted to run her own salon.<\/p>\n
However, life had a different path for Phoebe and she stumbled into property styling four years ago when she returned home to Ballarat after living overseas.<\/p>\n

\u201cI originally founded the business with my mum, who has since retired, and we never thought it would grow into the thriving business it is today,\u201d Phoebe said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have an amazing husband who is so supportive of me and my business,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have two beautiful little girls and he does so much at home that allows me to work hard when I need to.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy parents are also a huge help and look after my girls whenever I need.<\/p>\n
\u201cI make sure to exercise most days as this is invaluable for my mental health and it also allows me my \u2018me time\u2019 away from the business and family life.<\/p>\n
\u201cI try and switch off from work on the weekends to spend good quality time as a family, which is really important to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
