Wild nights at Brunswick Picture House are back with the spring season of the adult variety show Cheeky Cabaret. The weird and wonderful program features a new cast each season and will run for three weekends over September and October.

The Cheeky has established the venue’s reputation for cabaret in the Byron Shire for attracting international artists and selling out each season.

The genre-bending show has redefined a night out at the theatre with its blend of circus, vaudeville, comedy, burlesque and more.

Organisers promise this season will be the cheekiest of them all.

All shows are unique, with a rotating cast of troubadours, troublemakers, dancers and divas.

The Cheeky’s unapologetically adult laughs may contain some nudity, adult language and suggestive or sexual humour. The tongue-in-cheek show aims to entertain and drop jaws with something on the menu for everyone.

Audiences have an opportunity to score discounted tickets for the special preview show on September 20.

The performance “test drive” will be an up close and personal performance with a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how cabaret is made and finessed on the fly.

Cheeky Cabaret runs from September 20 to October 4.
