Dining unfolds across a variety of settings, including the open-air river verandah, the main dining room beneath century-old pressed-tin ceilings and gently rotating palm fans, or the refined Chandelier Private Dining Room for intimate celebrations. Beside the restaurant, guests can enjoy the riverside lawn bar with a relaxed tapas-style menu, or indulge in a deluxe High Tea held every Saturday in the elegant Dining Room.

A highlight of the calendar is the monthly Jazz Dinners, featuring acclaimed vocalist Caroline Agostini performing classic jazz standards and timeless melodies. In the kitchen, the menu celebrates seasonal produce sourced from Northern Rivers farms, rivers and ocean, with à la carte, tasting and dégustation options available, alongside vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and children’s selections.
