Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hunkin noted a post-pandemic boom in new five-star openings across the country.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Capella, Ace, Langham, JW Marriott, Mondrian, the list goes on,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;International brands have recognised there is demand here.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/05\/Raes2024AIR__0000403_20170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Australia used to be more of a four-star, family holiday market.
