{"id":111049,"date":"2025-10-30T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/lismoretimes\/?p=111049"},"modified":"2025-10-30T10:39:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T23:39:04","slug":"savouring-tweeds-best-food-experiences-sells-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/lismoretimes\/news\/savouring-tweeds-best-food-experiences-sells-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Savouring Tweed\u2019s best food experiences sells out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FROM its opening event at Murwillumbah Markets with the Tweed Taste Trail to the Duranbah family finale at sunset, and 35 events in between, Savour the Tweed exceeded expectations with its second annual regional food festival last week.<\/p>\n<p>Having recently won Best Festival\/Event at the North Coast Tourism Awards for the inaugural event in 2024, the ambitious second program, with 10 additional events, generated 45 per cent more ticket sales than its debut.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_118272\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-118272\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-118272\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/10\/AfamilyatSavourtheTw_40088.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-118272\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A family at Savour the Tweed Caldera Celebrations.
