\u201cFinally, to the young people and families we have supported, we thank you for trusting us. Your strength and resilience have been at the heart of everything we do.\u201d<\/p>\n
The service said there was no public funding for youth services or facilities on the Tweed Coast.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s crazy to think we don\u2019t have the money or value it though. Volunteers can only do this for so long,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe reached out to the community about needing volunteer board members many times in the last couple of years, with little or no success.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe hard work and dedication from volunteers in our communities is incredible, and you all should be extremely proud to have been part of this.<\/p>\n
