How long have you lived in your ward?: I don’t live in the ward I am running in, but until this years redistribution from three wards to nine, the ward was known as Eppalock so I still live and do business in the area.

Community involvement: Management committee of community radio station 105.1 Life FM, present two on-air radio programs weekly. Volunteer with a local church providing food and temporary accommodation for those who are homeless or experiencing cost of living challenges.

Three most important issues in your ward?: Creating a city that encourages new business development, cuts red tape and the cost of doing business is a priority… Maintenance of local roads is a huge issue… The waste management in the city does not take into consideration that ratepayers who live on acreage have different need to those who live in residential areas… Recycling is still confusing… Building of affordable housing… Homelessness and cost of living…
