There's so much to enjoy at The Y's camps, including ropes courses.

FOR over three decades, The Y Inclusion Services has been a cornerstone of disability support in Victoria, offering person-centred programs that empower individuals and foster community connections.

As a registered NDIS provider, The Y continues to expand its reach across Melbourne and regional areas, delivering high-quality services that make a lasting impact.

One of The Y’s standout offerings is its NDIS-funded Respite Camps, known as Y Camp Journeys. These camps offer much-needed respite for individuals and their families, while providing inclusive, adventure-filled experiences that support personal growth and independence.

With support ratios tailored to individual needs—from 1:1 to 1:3—participants are empowered to challenge themselves, try new activities, and work towards their personal goals.

Held at various campsites across Victoria, the program includes canoeing, bush walking, art and craft, cooking, water sports and social games—each designed to build confidence, develop life skills, and foster lasting friendships.

Beyond camps, The Y offers comprehensive NDIS Support Coordination services, helping participants make the most of their NDIS plans by providing expert advice, guidance, and personalised support.

Our Support Coordinators work alongside participants to understand their goals, connect them with the right services, and build the skills they need to manage their supports independently over time.

Whether through respite camps, or NDIS support, the Y’s mission remains clear: to create inclusive environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive.

With 30 years of experience, The Y continues to be a trusted partner for families seeking meaningful, empowering support.
