HEATHCOTE Community Smiles Day 2024 will be held on Saturday 23 November at Barrack Reserve Stadium and Oval.

The annual Smiles Day is a joint venture by Heathcote Health, Heathcote Community House, Heathcote Primary Health and Bendigo Community Health Services.

The project was created by Dr Adel Asaid of Heathcote Primary Health in 2021 with the aim of bringing smiles to the faces of young people.

“Smiles Day is a fabulous opportunity for everyone of all ages to come together and have fun,” said community house executive officer Vicki Forde.

“Community connection is so very important to us all, and to see and celebrate all the awesome smiles is truly heartwarming.

“Smiles Day is a collaborative effort by many groups, organisations and businesses coming together to collaborate and deliver a special day to smile.

“The competitions and prizes will be announced soon and we look forward to seeing amazing entries from the wonderful communities of Heathcote, Pyalong, Tooborac, Mia Mia and Redesdale.”
