HOW quickly does time fly by? We opened our doors in Heathcote fourteen months ago, marking the beginning of a very special chapter.

The privilege of bringing 40 years of bench jewellery experience to this beautiful part of the world has been so rewarding.

When we first established our workshop here on High Street, we hoped to bring traditional craftsmanship and honest service to a regional community. What we didn’t anticipate was just how warmly we would be welcomed.

The connections we’ve made – both professional and personal – and the feedback from the locals has been extraordinary. It takes something to be able to trust a new business in town, especially one that intimately works on items that carry deep personal meaning.

Jewellery for us isn’t just metal and gems, it is stories, family heirlooms, rings of commitment and connections to others. We have repaired and remodelled items that have been worn for multiple generations in the same family, created new heirlooms to pass down, from grandmother to granddaughter, from father to son.

Heathcote Jewellery blends traditional craftsmanship and honest service.

That continuity and the look of joy once we show a finished piece is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a local jeweller. Jewellery is rarely just an object; it marks milestones, celebrates commitment, and preserves family history. We have not only built a client base, but friendships and genuine connections within the community. Heathcote has shown us that regional towns value craftsmanship, conversation, and relationships over transactions.

The shop has grown over time with more items on display, new cabinets and more services from gold valuation to Swiss watch batteries. Our son with his partner has also arrived to join us here, building a family business that will last for years to come.

We are grateful for the support we have received and look forward to continuing to serve the community; and in this age of mass production, Heathcote Jewellery reminds us of the enduring beauty of pieces made by hand, with passion, purpose and a lifetime of experience.
