Dancing, live music and great food on offer for New Year’s Eve

POPULAR cover band The Skerricks will be performing at The Watering Hole on New Year’s Eve.
The band will be on stage from 5.30pm until 8.30pm, followed by the Unmistakeable Truth from 9.30pm until midnight.
Co-owner David Stammers said he is looking forward to welcoming everyone.
“We will be serving our usual menu through the night, including gourmet burgers and baked potatoes,” he said.
“We open at 3pm and there is no entry fee.”
The Watering Hole is at 105 High Street, Heathcote, and serves a wide range of wines and spirits both indoors and in the outdoor garden.
Pallings Bros Brewery will be open for lunch on New Year’s Eve until 4pm.
There will be something for everyone at the Union Hotel with DJ Dave playing music from the 80s up until now.

Heathcote Wine Hub will be open from 12pm until 6.30pm.
The popular wine venue features more than 180 wines from the Heathcote region.
Red Edge Winery will open at 9am and close at 4pm.
There will be live entertainment in the Toolleen Hotel Tin Shed. The Seedy Garden Plovers will be playing from 8.30pm and there is no cover charge.
