Attendees dressed in their finest for the event held at the Heathcote RSL Hall.

“It was a fantastic night, and everyone had a great time,” said Heathcote RSL Sub-Branch President Miles Humphrey. “Dancing started early, as soon as the band struck up.”

Dave and Helen Leach danced the night away.

Music was provided by the Australian Army Band and attendees enjoyed a three-course meal catered by JBL Catering.

“It is wonderful to see the event growing bigger each year,” said Mr Humphrey.

The Australian Army Band provided the music.

“We had people come from Seymour, Bendigo, Axedale, Graytown, Puckapunyal, Kyabram and all over the district.

“Although we organise the Black Tie Ball, it is not just for RSL members. It’s for the community; our way of giving back.

“I’d like to thank the wonderful RSL volunteers, the caterers, the band and especially everyone who attended and helped make it a really good night.”
