Harvest festival returns
HEATHCOTE Tourism and Development is seeking expressions of interest from wine, beer and spirits vendors who are HTD members, for this year’s Harvest Festival.
The festival will he held on Sunday 9 March.
“As with previous years, it will be held at Barrack Reserve from 4pm to 8pm,’ said Tim Oudenryn from HTD.
“All participating stall holders will be able to set up from 12pm.
“We are aiming for an attendance of 1000+ people, in line with last year’s attendance numbers.
“Cost of entry is $10 per adult which includes a reusable polycarbonate glass to use throughout the event.
“Free entry will be available to children and anyone not wishing to purchase alcoholic drinks.”
The festival was officially launched in 2022 after the success of a previous event called The Heathcote Community Festival in 2021.
“We will have a great lineup of bands that will hopefully attract locals as well as visitors from Melbourne and other regional areas,” said Mr Oudenryn.
“We hope to attract a strong, diverse crowd, and will shortly commence event promotions through various digital channels and on local radio stations.”
Vendors interested in participating in the festival should contact Tim Oudenryn at Tim.[email protected] by Friday 7 February.
Anyone who would like to provide a food stall for the event can also contact Mr Oudenryn.
