Latest fashions shown off

THE recent Country Women’s Association fashion parade has been hailed as a great success by organisers.

Heathcote CWA president Marj Harris said more than 40 people came to the event.

“We were over the moon,” she said.  “I’ve had a lot of feedback, and everybody was so happy with it.

“They said everything went off really well, to see all the clothing was great and the afternoon tea was wonderful.”

The fashion parade and clothing sale offered Heathcote women an opportunity to browse and buy an extended range of clothing without needing to travel long distances.
