HEATHCOTE Winery is hosting an exhibition of photographs by John Rawson in its art gallery.
The Momentum of Light show will run until 15 December.
“We’re proud to host a stunning new exhibition by local photographer John Rawson, showcasing breathtaking snapshots of Australia’s various flora and fauna,” the winery’s David Masin said.
“His work is incredible and a testament to his passion for the beauty of this country and its unique wildlife.
“John has also put together his limited edition 2026 calendar featuring some of his best work, available for purchase at cellar door now.”
The exhibition is Rawson’s first solo exhibition since 1975.
“I’ve had many joint exhibitions, but this is my first solo exhibition in a long time,” he said.

“The Heathcote Winery has a lovely gallery, and I am pleased to be able to feature my work there.
“So far I have sold three pieces as well as a number of calendars.
“I’ve been producing calendars for the last seven years.”
Rawson has exhibited his work in art shows across Victoria including Kilmore, Whitehorse, Moonee Valley, Sorrento, Mount View and Frankston.
“I have been an enthusiastic photographer since the age of 11,” he said.
“I also play blues harmonica and spent many years selling woodturning at craft markets.”
Heathcote Winery is open from 11am to 5pm seven days a week.
