NATIONAL Disability Insurance Scheme participants, carers, families and community members are invited to a free morning tea focussed on disability services in the region.

The event will be hosted by Heathcote Health on Wednesday 3 September at the Barrack Reserve Oval Room from 10am to 12pm.

The morning tea will be an inclusive and friendly event, offering community members a chance to connect, share and learn more about local support options.

Guests will have the chance to meet with a range of local and regional NDIS providers and gather information about services in the Heathcote area.

Heathcote Health invites feedback on current gaps in services and future needs in disability.

The event is part of Heathcote Health’s NDIS Expansion Project, a community-led initiative to better understand and respond to local demand for disability supports.

“We’re excited to bring the community together and hear directly from participants and carers about their experiences,” said Dan Douglass, CEO at Heathcote Health.

“Your voice is essential to shaping better services to meet local needs.”

The event is part of Heathcote Health’s NDIS Expansion Project, a community-led initiative to better understand and respond to local demand for disability supports.

Anyone interested is welcome to attend and enjoy a cuppa and light refreshments. Accessibility supports are available.
