THERE is something for everyone at this year’s Heathcote on Show to be held over the King’s Birthday weekend.

This year there will be more than 25 venues in town and across the region with transport available for out-of-town venues.

Wren Estate

The Halliday 5 Star rated winery was named as one of the top 10 new wineries in 2021. They grow boutique small batch wines from grapes organically grown on the east side of the Mount Camel Range.

The vineyard also produces organic olive oil from 2000 olive trees on site.

Charcuterie boards and hand-made Chinese dumplings create a memorable cellar door experience.

Wren Estate is situated 389 Heathcote-Rochester Rd, Mt Camel.

Po- Up Cellar Doors

At four locations along High Street, local producers will operate pop-up cellar doors.

Sutherland Wines, Rogues Lane Vineyard, Pook Road Vineyard and The Farmer & The Scientist will all offer tastings and sales at the RSL Hall.

She Oak Hill Vineyard will be at Rutherford & Maine from 10.30am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be wine by the wood fire at The Bank, where you can taste the entire range of Kennedy Wines.

The Mechanics Institute will host Three Dams Estate, Humis Vineyard and Ellis Wines. Meet the producers, taste and purchase from the extensive range.

Heathcote Visitor Information Centre

The knowledgeable staff and volunteers at the centre will be available from 9am to 5pm each day to help visitors and locals get the most out the long weekend.

The centre features maps and brochures, souvenirs, and free copies of the McIvor Times.

Winemaker Seminars

Silver Spoon Estate will host hourly winemaker tasting seminars on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm and on Monday from 11am-4pm.

Each session, led by winemaker Peter Young, will give participants the opportunity to savour remarkable wine vintages and elevate their wine knowledge.

Domaine Asmara

At the craft distillery and winery, visitors can taste award winning gins, vodka, grappa and agave spirits and well as a full range of handcrafted wines.

Experience a distillery tour to learn how they make their spirits, and barrel taste maturing whiskey, brandy and rum. Tastings and tours are free, and visitors can take memorable photos against the backdrop of the mural created by artist Jimmy Dvate.
