Postecoglou takes third manager title
IT’S more history for Ange Postecoglou.
For the Australian who has made note that individual achievements mean very little to him, a third consecutive Manager of the Month award won’t change Tottenham’s first loss of the season earlier this week.
But for Postecoglou, who continues to dazzle the Premier League with his rhetoric and coaching philosophy, it’s another achievement that will live on past his Spurs legacy.
For a manager in their first season, Postecoglou becomes the first to win three consecutive MOTM awards.
Only Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte have managed to with three consecutive MOTM awards, a famous list Postecoglou now joins.
It follows another strong month of results for Tottenham Hotspur, who only surrendered the top of the table with a gallant 4-1 loss to Chelsea this week.
Tottenham face off against 14th-placed Wolves on Saturday night.
