HEATHCOTE Wellness Centre, incorporating Just Cruising Counselling, opened this week offering a private and confidential service with no judgement.<\/p>\n

Registered mental health practitioner\/counsellor Kylie Ryan wants to give clients the tools to enable them to better manage a range of concerns.<\/p>\n

“The name comes from my interest in classic cars and motorcycles,”she said.<\/p>\n

“We never know when we will hit unexpected potholes in life, and I want to help clients get back on track.”<\/p>\n

Ms Ryan is a qualified EFTMRA Practitioner, somatic mind body healing practitioner, trauma informed counsellor and grief coach for pet loss.<\/p>\n

“I want clients to feel safe and valued,” she said.<\/p>\n

“All sessions are private and confidential with no judgement.<\/p>\n

“One service I offer is EFT tapping and I have seen some amazing results.<\/p>\n

“Tapping gives people the tools to help them calm down when life becomes overwhelming.”<\/p>\n

Ms Ryan has lived in the Heathcote area for 15 years and previously worked in aged care and mental health.<\/p>\n

Heathcote Wellness Centre operates at 59 High Street, Heathcote, and Ms Ryan is hoping other health practitioners will join her.<\/p>\n

“It would be good to have a range of complimentary services in the same building,” she said.<\/p>\n

“A naturopath would be good.”<\/p>\n

Ms Ryan offers a free 15-minute meet and greet to ensure her services are a good fit for clients.<\/p>\n

Heathcote Wellness Centre is open Tuesday from 9.30am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, and Thursday from 9.30am to 5pm with other sessions by appointment.<\/p>\n
