LOCALS will have to opportunity to say goodbye to the old library this afternoon with an afternoon tea.<\/p>\n

The library is being relocated as part of the Heathcote Community Hub redevelopment.<\/p>\n

“We will be hosting an afternoon tea to bid farewell to our much-loved library before we relocate,” said Goldfields Libraries community based services library officer, Russell Easton.<\/p>\n

“Join us between 2pm and 3pm to help us celebrate this special occasion.<\/p>\n

“We welcome patrons old and new to have a cuppa with us and reminisce.”<\/p>\n

The library will be closed for one week, re-opening on 9 September in the Senior Citizen’s Hall at 121 High Street Heathcote.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
