ZANETTE Rosekelly (formerly Phillips) is a business educator, author and cash-flow specialist with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in business management and office administration across more than 20 industries.<\/p>\n

She is best known for her practical, no-nonsense approach to accounts receivable management and debt collection \u2013 an area of business many avoid, but few can afford to ignore.<\/p>\n

Zanette is the author of Don’t Let Your Customers Run Your Business, a comprehensive guide designed to help business owners take control of their debtor’s ledger, protect cash flow and rethink what a “successful sale” really means.<\/p>\n

Her philosophy is simple and uncompromising: a sale is not complete until it is paid for.<\/p>\n

Zanette’s work is grounded in real-world experience. Throughout her career, Zanette’s strengths have consistently centred on cash flow control, accounting, budgeting and debt collection.<\/p>\n

After gaining her training and assessment qualification in 2003, she began designing and delivering courses for small business owners who were struggling with overdue accounts and inconsistent cash flow.<\/p>\n

What she observed repeatedly was not a lack of effort, but a lack of clear systems, confidence and practical guidance.<\/p>\n

Believing there had to be a better way for business owners to manage customer debt without stress or confrontation, Zanette founded Biz Skills in 2013.<\/p>\n

Through Biz Skills, she developed and delivered face-to-face training programs focused on proactive debtor management, practical communication skills and risk reduction, helping businesses regain control instead of allowing overdue invoices to dictate\u00a0 their operations.<\/p>\n

In 2015, Zanette published the first edition of Don’t Let Your Customers Run Your Business as an e-book on Amazon.<\/p>\n

Building on its success, she expanded her teaching into online education, creating a comprehensive library of video courses in accounts receivable management and debt collection in 2016.<\/p>\n

These courses were designed to be practical, accessible and immediately applicable \u2013 reflecting the realities business owners face every day.<\/p>\n

Zanette’s flagship three-and-a-half-hour video course, Effective Debt Collection Strategies, became a Udemy bestseller and now reaches students in more than 80 countries.<\/p>\n

With average ratings of 4.5 out of 5 stars, the course has earned consistent praise for its clarity, relevance and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Despite the subject’s reputation as dull or uncomfortable, students continue to engage because the strategies work \u2013 and because Zanette delivers them with honesty and experience.<\/p>\n
