Students earn points for effort and character, which can then be used at the Real Reward Shop. It is a straightforward way to recognise day-to-day progress and keep students engaged with their own growth.<\/p>\n<p>Recognising that break times can be difficult for some, the college has established a variety of supervised lunchtime activities.
